PicBudd is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. Parents who believe their child has provided information should contact us at privacy@picbudd.com

• Photos: Stored as long as you keep them or as per subscription plan
• Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Deleted Content: Permanently removed within 30 days
• Backups: May be retained for up to 90 days for recovery purposes
